The warehousing company was incepted on April 1, 2011, being a new company, it still has got the following MOU signed within first fortnight of its inception.

        1)       35 Acres ( 1.4 Million sq ft) Multipurpose Warehousing and Infrastructure Park just at the outskirts of PUNE city.

2)       15 Acres ( 0.6 Million sq ft) Multipurpose Warehousing and Infrastructure Park just at the outskirts of PUNE city. 

3)       Two Acres (80,000 sq ft) at Village Walke  (South west of Pune City outskirts)

4)       Six and half Acres (2,60,000 sq ft) at Village Walke (South West of Pune City outskirts)

5)       One Acre at Village Kule (Paud Village – Western of Pune City)

6)       Two Acres at Yawat (Village Marchilis – 45 KM from Pune)

 (Note: All our sites are situated on Main Tar Roads approachable in all seasons)
